My wife made tacos. Carne asada, homemade salsa & guacamole, rice, fried peppers and onions, and cheese. I am one fat boi.

Nothing that good, that’s for sure. Neither of us really feels  like cooking and both of us are enjoying a beer on the deck so it’s probably going to be a fend for yourself night. That usually means whatever I can find to nuke for me.

Haven’t had work in ten days, not sure how permanent it is, and 1099 can’t file for CARES Act unemployment yet in CO anyway.  I’m eating the dredges of the pantry.

I’m impressed with the cooked meal!

Work has been unpredictable enough that I’m in the habit of stocking up when sales and income allow so I’m thankful to still have my favorite coffee on hand too. I’m just trying to be really cautious in case this drags on for awhile.

In happier news, found out today that my mortgage insurance requirement was dropped so my housing costs just decreased a smidgen!
